This is a lovely, classic and warming breakfast for a cold winters day or whenever you feel like it. It is so easy to make there are no excuses…

Ingredients

  • Rolled Oats (1 cup per person)

  • Dairy-free milk (soya works the best) 1 1/2 cups per oat serving

  • Frozen Berries
    (amount variable to preference)

  • Almond Butter
    (1tsp)

  • A banana

Method

  • We Add a cup of oats to a pan on medium/high heat
  • Add the dairy free milk and a banana and stir gently
  • In another pan add your preferred amount of frozen berries and heat until they begin to jam
  • Serve the oatmeal into a bowl and add the berries on top. I like to add a teaspoon of almond butter to make it extra creamy

Notes

  • All the amounts mentioned are variable to the amount of oats.
